festivechristmas.co.uk is run by Indoor Living Ltd, trading as Festive Christmas. We are registered in England and Wales (company number 15691574, VAT number GB 470 8166 81). Using these terms

These terms apply when you buy from this website. Please read them before ordering. Your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by anything here.

Placing an order

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. If you choose a pay-later option, that agreement is between you and the provider, on their terms.

Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Details of delivery times and areas we cannot deliver to are on our Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates; we will tell you if there is a delay.

Your right to cancel and return

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we also offer a 30-day returns window. See our Returns page for how to return an item and how refunds are made.

Faulty or damaged items

Please check your order when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We will repair, replace or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our products also come with a one-year manufacturer warranty.

Product information

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours on screen can vary slightly from the real item, and sizes are approximate.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to put things right.
